We are constantly discovering new brands, and our offer is growing. And it's not just about hats. Sometimes we can't resist, and we try some clothes ourselves. If it passes through our testing, it most likely will end up in our e-shop. We stick to T-shirts, sweatshirts, or simple accessories but keeping the focus on caps. We measure all clothes to make them easy to buy without trying. "
"WE ARE A FANTASTIC COUNTRY FOR BUSINESS"
Petra says of herself: “I have always been upset by how impractical children's clothing is. Try to dress thirty children in tight jeans and fasten them all, ”recalls Petra of the days when she was a teacher in kindergarten and where the idea was born to sew things that are so easy to dress that even a three-year-old could handle it.
They have the same front and back, so when a child puts them upside down, nothing happens at all. There are no zippers, no buttons. It got caught, the kindergarten teachers started to recommend these clothes to the mothers. Petra first tested the clothes on her children. She then sewed what worked at home in the living room and sold it on a public portal. She had no extra costs; her products were really cheap.
Eventually, she opened her own e-shop, although she had no plans to do so. Today, the company has an annual turnover of almost 40 million CZK and continues to grow rapidly. Petra Plemlová has definitely something to look back to. She managed to build a successful company that employs fifty people, especially seamstresses. "After all, there are never enough of them; we are still looking for more," she adds. It has also gained a loyal clientele, which often returns. In addition to several awards she received as an entrepreneur, she also founded a fund to help mothers in difficult life situations.

Their cooperative working trip started due to one project, where they have met. Later on, they found out that they make quite a good team and therefore set up a small agency that dealt with a wide range of marketing activities.
However, as time passed, they found that they didn't want to be so fragmented and wanted to specialize in a particular field. They have chosen social networks and are gradually building a network of clients. Today, Zdeněk is in charge of creativity and strategy, while Terka takes care of clients and monitors all possible deadlines and budgets.
Their clients, such as a cheese factory, sports websites, magazines, and a heating plant. "We enjoy being able to try those things in real life, get to know the products we're talking about, and test them. That's the beauty, "says Zdeněk. While today they gain clients mainly based on references, it was not so easy in the beginning. Most of the agency's clients are very aware that being on social networks is necessary, and bringing something to their business. However, there is often no one in the company who has the time or motivation to deal with social networking and profile management. They then began to discuss with such clients the functioning of content marketing and the principles of social networks in general, which can bring them real and tangible results.

Jan says about himself: "I graduated with a bachelor's degree in media studies from Charles University and started in a family business as a graphic designer.
